Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only, all 50 states. No PO boxes.

Cost. Free on every order. The price at checkout is the whole price, with no duties or import fees.

How long it takes. About 2 weeks from the day you order. The screen ships from our supplier's warehouse in China, not from a US warehouse.

Tracking. You get a tracking number by email once the package is scanned, usually within 2 business days.

If it is late. If your order has not arrived 3 weeks after you placed it, contact us and we send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Wrong address. Check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship it once at no charge.
