We refund for three things only. The item arrived damaged. The item will not power on or does not do what this store said it does. The item is not what the page described: wrong model, missing part, or wrong contents.
How to claim. Within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We replace it or refund you in full, your choice. You do not ship it back.
This is the standard 7-inch model. It needs a working 12V lighter socket, a way to get sound out (AUX, Bluetooth audio, or an FM radio), and an iPhone on iOS 12 or newer or an Android phone on Android 11 or newer. Confirm your car and phone have these before you order. A car or phone missing one of them is not a defect and is not refundable.
No change-of-mind returns. We do not take returns because you no longer want it, did not use it, or found it cheaper elsewhere, and we do not do exchanges.
Not covered. Damage from water, drops or hard-wiring the unit into the car, and any claim made more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds. Go back to the card you paid with within 5 business days of the claim being approved. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
After 30 days. Our cover ends 30 days after delivery. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under your state's law.
