Will it work in my car?
It needs two things: a working 12V lighter socket, and a radio. Almost every car built since the 1990s has both, but we have not tested every car, so check that your socket works before you order. Use the "Check your car" box on the product page to see your hookup. That box answers from what you enter, it is not a test of your car, so the last check is yours before you order.
My car has no AUX jack and no Bluetooth. Will it still work?
Yes. The screen sends sound over FM. Tune the radio to an empty station, set the screen to the same number, done. FM can pick up static in dense cities; if your car has AUX or Bluetooth, use those instead.
Which phones work?
iPhone with iOS 12 or newer (iPhone 6s and up). Android phones on Android 11 or newer with 5GHz Wi-Fi (most phones from 2020 on). Both connect wirelessly.
Do I have to pair it every time I get in the car?
No. Pair once. After that it should reconnect on its own within a few seconds of the car starting.
Does it replace my radio?
No. Your radio stays exactly as it is. The screen sits on the dash and plays through your speakers. Nothing gets cut, unplugged or wired.
Is anything else needed?
No. The screen, the power cable, the AUX cable, the dash base and the suction arm all come in the box.
Can I use it in a truck or van?
Yes. It runs on 12V to 24V.
Can I mount it on the windshield?
The suction arm is in the box for that. Some states restrict windshield mounts, so check your state's rule. The flat dash base is the default and works everywhere.
Does it have its own speaker?
Yes, a small one for calls and prompts, plus a microphone. For music you want the sound going to the car speakers over AUX, Bluetooth or FM.
Can I use it for navigation without my phone?
No. It mirrors your phone's CarPlay or Android Auto. Your phone does the work; the screen shows it.
Will it drain my car battery?
It runs off the lighter socket and turns off with the car in most vehicles. If your socket stays powered with the car off, unplug the cable when you park for more than a day.
How long does shipping take?
About 2 weeks, free, with tracking. It ships from our supplier's warehouse in China. If it has not arrived in 3 weeks, we replace it or refund you.
What if it arrives broken, or is not what the page said?
Email us a photo or a short video within 30 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, your choice, and you do not ship it back. That covers damage in transit, a unit that will not power on, a missing part, and anything that does not match the product page.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Refunds cover damaged, dead-on-arrival and not-as-described orders only, reported within 30 days of delivery. We do not take change-of-mind returns, which is why the fit box and the checklist are on the product page. Read them before you order.
Is this an Apple or Google product?
No. Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. and Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. This screen works with both and is not made or endorsed by either.
